Zen weekend and Zen retreat: same or different?

All other parts of the schedule are the same as a Zen retreat

We are going to have a zen meditation practice between 18 (Thursday, 17:00) and 23 October (TUESDAY, 13:00), 2018 in Won Kwang Sa, led by Chong An Sunim.

Only full-time application is available.

You are welcome to come any day before the retreat and stay longer after the end.

A three-month intensive zen retreat (kyolche) starts in Won Kwang Sa Zen Temple on 1 December, 2018 and lasts until 3 March, 2019, led by Chong An Sunim, abbot of Won Kwang Sa Temple.

We kindly request all applicants to consider the intensity of the retreat (strict schedule, long sittings) and apply only if you have previously completed at least one 3-day-retreat at our temple.
