Sangha Weekend 2011 - Information

SANGHA WEEKEND FEE

10 EUR per day
30 EUR for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday)

If you stay in the temple after the Sangha weekend, the daily fee is 5 EUR.

All fees include accommodation in the temple and vegetarian meals.

PAYMENT TIMELINES

Please pay for your Sangha Weekend participation via PayPal or right upon your arrival in the temple office. We accept Hungarian Forints, Euros and Czech Crowns.

If you requested accommodation at the hotel during the SW, please transfer your payment to the WKS temple bank account by March 15, 2011 at the latest.

ACCOMMODATION

In the temple

Sangha Weekend participants will be accommodated in all available temple dormitories. Participants need to bring their sleeping mats and sleeping bags.

At the hotel

Those participants who wish to stay at a hotel will be accommodated in Bellevue Wellness Hotel. Hotel Bellevue is about 50 minutes of walking from the temple and about 10 minutes by car.

Double room = 30 EUR / person / night
Single room = 45 EUR / person / night

The price includes breakfast, entry to the hotel wellness area and rented bus shuttles between hotel and the temple.

REFUND

In case that you need to cancel your SW participation and you already paid your fee, it will be refunded fully (minus the bank transfer fees).
If you had a hotel reservation, your hotel fee can only be refunded if you cancel by March 15 at the latest.

INSURANCE

Each SW participant is responsible for his/her own health, travel and/or life insurance. Won Kwang Sa Temple will take care of transportation and accommodation, but we cannot take any responsibility for the safety of your personal items and valuables. If you bring items you wish to specially protect, please deposit them in an envelope in the temple office safe.
