Sangha Weekend 2010 - Information

SANGHA WEEKEND FEE

10 EUR per day
30 EUR for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday)

If you stay in the temple after the Sangha weekend, the daily fee is 5 EUR.

All fees include accommodation in the temple and vegetarian meals.

PAYMENT TIMELINES

Please pay for your Sangha Weekend participation right upon your arrival in the temple office. We accept Hungarian forints, Euros and Czech crowns.

In case that you requested accommodation in a hotel during the SW, please transfer your payment to WKS temple bank account by March 15, 2010 at the latest.

ACCOMMODATION

IN THE TEMPLE

Sangha Weekend participants will be accommodated in a big heated tent and in all available temple dormitories.
Participants need to bring their sleeping mats and sleeping bags.

IN A HOTEL

Those participants who wish to stay in a hotel will be accommodated in Bellevue Wellness Hotel. Hotel Bellevue is about 45 minutes of walking distance from the temple and about 10 minutes by car.

Double-bed room = 30 EUR / person / night
Single-bed room = 60 EUR / person / night

The price includes breakfast and bus shuttles between hotel and the temple.

REFUND

In case that you need to cancel your SW participation and you already paid your fee, it will be refunded fully.
If you had a hotel reservation, your hotel fee can only be refunded if you cancel by March 15 at the latest.

INSURANCE

Each SW participant is responsible for his/her own health, travel or life insurance. Won Kwang Sa Temple will take care of all transportation and accommodation, but we cannot take any responsibility for your personal items and valuables.
