Accommodation

All participants will be accommodated in the temple dormitories and big heated tents. If you prefer to stay in a hotel (30 minutes walking distance from the temple, 10 minutes by car), please specify your request further below.

Additional information

Confidentiality

The Won Kwang Sa temple staff will handle all the above data with complete confidentiality, and use the relevant parts of your applicartion form for the 2010 Spring Sangha Weekend purposes only.

Waiver of liability

I hereby state that I am fully responsible for my health condition during this tour and I agree to bear all medical costs in case I need to receive medical treatment. I hereby waive and release the Won Kwang Sa Temple and the Kwan Um School of Zen (Kvanum Zen Iskola) from any claim of liability towards the KUSZ or its members and subsidiaries, and indemnify the KUSZ against any loss suffered by it as a result of my injury or loss during this tour.

Registration Timelines

Please register for the Sangha Weekend by March 28 at the latest. If you wish to stay in a hotel during the Sangha Weekend, please register by March 15 at the latest.

Payment Guidelines & Timelines

Please pay for your Sangha Weekend participation right upon your arrival in the temple office.
In case that you requested accommodation in a hotel during the SW, please transfer your payment to WKS temple bank account by March 15 at the latest.

Refund

Your SW and hotel fee can only be refunded if you cancel your participation latest by March 15, 2010.

Insurance

Each SW participant is responsible for his/her own health, travel or life insurance. Won Kwang Sa Temple will take care of all transportation and accommodation, but we cannot take any responsibility for your personal items and valuables.
